Abbey K. Wempe
Abbey K. Wempe is an Architectural Designer and Artist based in Dallas, Texas. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Louisiana State University's College of Art and Design. Abbey has gained valuable experience in commercial architecture at Heights Venture Architecture in Dallas, custom residential design and interior design at Jameson Interiors in Austin, and custom residential, multifamily, and interior design at Marek Architecture/Studio Lema in Dallas. She enjoys the individuality of custom design for residential homes, particularly in the remodeling and restoration of older craftsman-style houses.
Outside of her professional work, Abbey spends most weekends with her family, often collaborating on design projects with her husband, Joe, a Project Manager in Construction. As a mom to her 3-year-old daughter and 1-year-old son, she balances family life with her passion for design. When she’s not busy caring for her little ones, along with their sassy Bluetick Coonhound and cat, Abbey enjoys playing and coaching soccer, as well as drawing and painting.
Abbey’s goal as a designer is to help people find their love, excitement, and true style within any design project. She enjoys learning what clients wish to convey with their ideas. Abbey captures her client’s vision through her creativity and authenticity for a unique experience.
